David and his crew at Strictly Stone are absolutely the finest contractors we have worked with... period. We had a complicated project that involved building a new outdoor kitchen which required not only the design and construction of the actual kitchen area, but also pull-up and replacement of our brick patio and placement of a new gas line. David and his team did it all. From design, to permitting, to procurement, they handled every detail to the last. Their work was of the highest quality and the finished product has exceeded our expectations. When we had minor changes, he and his team adapted to meet our needs without even the slightest hesitation. His budget was not just fair, it was well below what we anticipated we would have to pay, and he came in exactly as promised with no surprises. The crew was on time, and courteous. It is an absolute relief and a pleasure to work with outstanding artisans, and the team at Strictly Stone exceeded our expectations at every turn. We could not be happier, and I have already contracted Strictly Stone for our next project which we hope to complete shortly. I recommend them without hesitation.

David and his team did a wonderful job improving our existing patio. They repaired our stone steps, and also leveled, cleaned, sanded, and sealed our entire patio. It looks just like new!

Five star customer experience. Strictly Stone takes care of everything and are on top of all the details. They give you a design and then work with you to fine tune and adjust as needed. The fire pit they install is a step above the rest with real looking fire that puts out som warmth. We decided to change wall colors once block was onsite. They searched for the right color, got us samples, and had the new block onsite in a couple of days. If we had questions they would be there immediately to respond. Crew was professional and kept a clean organized Jobsite. Good quality work and delivered as promised.

Strictly stone is awesome from start to finish! this company is professional and it shows in their communication and the whole project. They built a paver patio from grading to finished patio. This was all done in one day. They seeded the grass area that was disrupted, just a few weeks and the grass is perfect and the patio looks awesome. We are enjoying our new patio. I would very highly recommend Strictly stone.

We had estimate/consultation appointments with a good amount of hardscape teams. Strictly Stone stood out for me because they weren’t just about the project. David Arroyo and Bianca Mendoza made us feel more like friends/family than clients. The references that I spoke to all mentioned their interpersonal skills, their integrity and their follow up care. We ultimately chose Strictly Stone because they did everything the other contractors did only better. They were more responsive, they provided renderings (and rendering revisions) promptly and they remained expertly in charge of the project while welcoming our concerns. Their crew was also very friendly and professional.
In the end, our patio turned out better than we envisioned. We are more than pleased with our new space. We already have plans to hire them again for a different project.

Very happy with Strictly Stone. Communication was the utmost. Always available to answer questions. Cleaned up and hauled away everything necessary. Crew was very courteous and hard-working. Last minute changes were no problem. Inspections were handled by appointment and were right on time.

We are so happy when we look out at the patio. It looks great. The team did everything they could to exceed expectations. They were careful in the rest of the yard, and they cleaned up every day when they were done. I think the craftsmanship was amazing. We are very much do it your selfers and we have a high bar for what we want and Strictly Stone Crew made us really happy we hired them for this project. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

We are very happy with the work that Strickly Stone did. The company that we hired originally kept making promises to come out and do the work. This went on for 2 months. We then decided to call Strictly Stone. They kept their word and did the work in a timely manner and the work they did is very professional. Our patio is beautiful and we are so happy to have it. **Townhome Courtyard Renovation**Our hardscape was completed in late summer of 2020. Previously our front courtyard was filled with tons of foliage + dirt, and it was wasted space in our townhome living. We opted to hardscape this area + went with Strictly Stone because of David's professionalism, friendliness, knowledge of materials and his flexibility to work with me on design solutions that would best maximize our space. I wanted this courtyard to be a kid-friendly zone by day, but then an adult hangout by night; as well as minimal maintenance on landscaping while still being surrounded by beautiful foliage.We absolutely love the end product + spend lots of time out here with our son + dog. We even setup a projector screen mounted on the siding to enjoy late night movies around the fire pit. I would definitely work with the Strictly Stone team again. They take pride in their work + it shows with their attention to detail.There were some hiccups in communications, and they are working to improve those areas. This may sound like a flaw but the team worked very hard to correct the issue once they recognized it. A company that always sees room for improvement is a good thing, and they strive to be the best in what they do!

We choose Strictly Stone for our new paver patio after talking to & getting pricing from three different contractors. David Arroyo was very professional when he came to see the project for the 1st time. He also listened to what we wanted and presented us with a plan that was not just your standard rectangular patio. He designed a space that was attractive & interesting while also saving us $ on the amount of pavers that were used. But more importantly the crew was fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about the guys who worked the project. They work incredibly hard. We are thrilled with our new space.

Strictly Stone built a paver patio, retaining walls and a walkway for us in the Fall of 2019. It was a fairly large project, and all of it has held up perfectly since then. Strictly Stone was absolutely outstanding with their design expertise and brick patio installation. Everything went extremely smooth. When they said they'll be here by a certain time, they were here at that time!! And lets not forget about their crew cleanup each day afterwards. This was the best I've ever seen. So good at the cleaning up each day that I had to call the owner to give his crew a compliment. My yard was treated as if it was the owner's yard itself. Not only did I receive a beautiful brick patio, with an elegant lighted sitting wall, but it was way more elaborate then I had expected. I can't wait until we are able to have a party in our beautiful backyard. Thank you David, Bianca and to all your crew at Strictly Stone for making our backyard into our vacation retreat.

We've contacted Strictly Stone about a year ago to get an estimate for a paver patio. Before that, we had other companies come out to our home but you can tell they were all about just making sales. So by the time we met David, we figured he'd be the same. But we were wrong! David was very warm and we connected with him right away. He was really interested in helping us out any way possible with our questions and concerns. Although we decided not to get pavers last year, we knew exactly who to contact this summer. David is a really busy guy but he does get back to you. The manager Bianca is also very kind, detailed and updated us each time leading up to the project. His crew is also amazing. Very hardworking and the great quality of their work shows. You're reading this review because you want to know if Strictly Stone is good for you and/or if they're worth working with. I'll tell you now that your pavers will look outstanding with Strictly Stone. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this review. Contact Strictly Stone now, you won’t be disappointed!

This is the best company that I have worked with the many projects that I have used to remodel my house. We had a large aggregate patio removed and replaced it with a paver patio. We began discussions with David several months ago and he provided several 3D images laying out the design incorporating a grill nook, seat wall, and stoop designs. Jose and his crew did a great job in bringing the design to life. During the process we made several minor changes which enhanced the patio even more. They wrapped up the project earlier this week and we couldn't be happier with the end result. I would highly recommend Strictly Stone for any project.

My wife and I toyed with the idea of doing a paver patio ourselves, but when the first thing we saw his team do was to setup surveying equipment, we knew we made the right decision not to try it ourselves.That decision was confirmed after they were done in less than 2 days and their finished product was absolutely amazing! Strictly Stone is not only professional, reliable, considerate and immaculate.....they are also focused on family for which I am truly grateful..David and his crew treated my Mother who is 84 with Alzheimer's and my Father who is 96 with such kindness and patience while they worked always acknowledging them and making sure they were safe while the work was going on. I have to honestly say the most beautiful work I have ever seen......every neighbor has stopped by to compliment on the beautiful walkway, stairs and 2 patios. Thank you to everyone for creating an oasis at my lakehouse for my Mom Dad and all my friends that visit.....I I am so so very happy......over the moonLucie

5 Stars! I just had a retaining wall finished by Strictly Stone, Inc and it is just beautiful. Working with David Arroyo, the owner, was truly a pleasure. He was very professional, courteous and responsive to any questions I had. He followed-up with me during the whole process from initial quote to finished work. His workers were talented in stone work; they took their time but utilized their time efficiently and did the job the right way from start to finish. I am very focused on picking the right company to do a job for me, especially when I’m spending thousands of dollars. I am not disappointed with anything they did. I couldn’t be happier with Strictly Stone and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have stone work done.

We used Strictly Stone for our paver patio and could not be happier with the results. The patio turned out even greater than expected! David is very knowledgeable and was fantastic to work with. He made the entire process enjoyable and exciting. He listened to what we wanted in our patio and created multiple designs based on the layout of our backyard. We were even able to view our chosen design through a Virtual Reality experience! We receive an overwhelming number of compliments about our new patio at family parties or events held at our house. It was a real pleasure to work with David and his team at Strictly Stone. I found them professional, courteous and attentive, right from the initial phone call and design process, through to completion. David was always on hand to patiently answer my questions and was more than happy to offer advice and direction when it came to making design and material choices. We really enjoyed the 3D viewing goggles that we were given that helped us visualize what the end result would look like, something that I haven't seen offered anywhere else. I now have a wonderful patio with a kitchen island and raised wall, which we are thoroughly enjoying this summer 🙂 I would happily recommend Strictly Stone and wouldn't hesitate to call them should we need to in the future.

Strictly Stone put in a gorgeous patio for us in 2012. David, the owner, did a great job with the design. We have so enjoyed it and have showed it off to friends and family! I am writing this review now in 2017 because this year we noticed that a few of the bricks had sunk a bit and the edging was popping up along one side (don't get me started on digging chipmunks!). I emailed David/Strictly Stone and the next week a few guys came out and fixed it right up. It looks like the day it was put in 5 years ago. No charge! We highly recommend this company for its high quality work and customer care/support.

We hired Strictly Stone (SS) to remove our old brick patio and walkway, and install a new one. SS was very helpful in working with us to achieve the design and look that we wanted. And they were able to effectively work within existing site limitations. For example, I asked that our various rock accents and borders be included in the design and they did a great job of incorporating them.The SS crew was very polite and easy to work with. They showed initiative in helping us think through best options for small modifications along the way. Their attention to detail was beyond my expectations. The result is that we have a great looking paved patio. SS has also returned to take care of a couple of small items after work was completed. I would hire SS for any future such projects at our house.

David and his crew from Strictly Stone installed a new brick paver patio, walkway, and stoop in our backyard and we couldn't be happier with the results and the fair price. The workmanship is excellent -- we're especially impressed with the attention to details in areas that we didn't even think about. It's clear that they truly do the job right so we can expect it to last (which, based on past experience, is SO important with stoops and patios!). While he wasn't the fastest to get us a quote, it was extremely helpful that he made 3D renderings of a few options so we could pick what we liked and fit our budget. Also, he dealt with getting the permit, so once we signed the contract it was hassle free! Highly recommend him for a job done right.
