History

After many years working for a locally well know hardscape company, Refugio Dominguez had a vision of owning his own company. A company that he can be proud of, and pass on to his son. That dream soon became a reality. Originaly founded as Arroyo's Landscaping in the spring of 1992. A two man crew and no advertising (other than word of mouth) was all it took to keep busy.

After five years of working with Refugio, David Arroyo (his son) decided to take over the company in 1997 and assume the role of President/CEO at the age of 23. Changing name to what is now known as Strictly Stone, Inc. Refugio remained on as head foreman, eventualy retiring in the summer of 2007.

With a strong passion for creating outdoor environments, David has taken this company to a new level. We have always been serious when we say that we take pride in each and every project we undertake.
